Shipping

All shipping is handled using the US Postal service.  All domestic orders will be delivered via either 1st Class or Priority Mail and include free delivery confirmation.  Our standard shipping charges are $5.50 for the 1st item and $1 for each additional item purchased, regardless of size/weight.  In the case of most of our replacement parts, we offer a fixed $3.00 shipping charge.

International orders will be delivered using US Postal 1st Class International or US Postal Priority Mail International depending on size.  International orders should contact us for final shipping charges prior to completing checkout procedure*.

*Many of our items are able to be shipped internationally using the same domestic shipping charges.  Crawford Performance Engineering may generate an additional Paypal invoice for International shipping charges if there are cost differences between domestic and international shipping rates.  Larger items such as chassis and bodies are subject to additional international shipping charges.

Returns

Items may be returned for a full refund if they are complete and in their original packaging.  Due to the nature of electronic devices, a refund will only be provided if the item has not been installed and is returned in the original, unopened, packaging.

Crawford Performance Engineering is not liable for return postage, but will provide a replacement item (once return is approved) at our expense.
